# 1 ) How do I decide which
bulbs to use on my fixtures?
- All Stores should have an
ordering guide which not only has a picture of the bulb used
but also has a picture of the actual fixture. If you don’t
have an order guide or need to replace your last one please
call our Customer Service Dept. to request a
replacement or simply log.

# 2 ) What is the red marker
for?
- All of the bulbs have a 1 to
2 year warranty & must be dated to track that warranty.
# 3 ) I am using a different
bulb than your picture or part # listed?
- The bulbs on the price sheet
are the approved items from Denny’s Corp. purchasing. We
have worked diligently with them to find the best item for
each of your applications with the best warranty & the best
aesthetics for your units.
# 4 ) How long is my warranty?
- All of the bulbs are under
warranty for one to two years depending on rated hours.
Those warranties are noted on your ordering guide.
# 5 ) How do I get new bulbs
under warranty?
- Fill out one of the warranty
replacement sheets in your packet & fax back to our office
or go to the online form & e-mail it to us. We will send
replacements via UPS.
# 6 ) What do I do with my
defectives?
- Any quantity under 6 bulbs
may be discarded. DO NOT wait until they pile up to request
replacements. Send in a form even if you have one or two.
# 7 ) My bulbs are flickering
or “strobing”?
- You may have dimmers that
were not noted or removed on your initial installation. The
energy efficient bulbs are not dimmable. The dimmers must be
removed. Most units have a handyman service they
use for small repairs. This is simply changing a switch.
# 8 ) How do I place an order?
- You have ordering sheets in
your packet that have detailed part #’s, pictures, & prices.
Simply fill in the quantity needed, your store #, manager
placing order, & fax it back to us. Your ordering guide will
also be available on-line shortly. The link to the web site
is noted on the order sheet.
# 9 ) We ordered or were
shipped the wrong bulbs?
- Simply call our customer
service line @ 888 / 841 – 7871 with your packing list &
ordering guide in hand & one of our customer service
reps
will help correct the mistake.
# 10 ) If the bulbs are under
warranty why should I purchase extras?
- While these bulbs are the
best quality in the industry with the longest life &
warranty, they are not perfect. You will have some burn out
before the warranty is up. If you do not have backups the
wrong bulb will go back in the fixture and odds are you will
not send in your warranty request form. Before long, all the
time & efforts to implement this program will be out the
window and stores will have all mismatched bulbs again.
# 11 ) I have seen similar
bulbs @ Costco or Home Depot for 10-20% less, why should I pay
more?
- Remember the old saying,
“You get what you pay for” those bulk packs at the “Big box”
stores are not a commercial grade product ( it even says so
on the package ) and will not hold up under the conditions
which you are using them. Plus, to get any type of warranty
you will have to save the receipts & return them to the
store. Typically by then they have a different brand or
shape on the shelf.
